At Sunstone Welders, we stand behind the quality of our micro-welding equipment and offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items to ensure your total satisfaction. Please ensure all returned products are in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the welder and all included components in the original factory packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Sunstone

  Affix the RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package through a carrier with tracking capabilities to our headquarters.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
